Website and service use
NauticRep provides AI-assisted marketing coordination, prospect research, outreach preparation, lead nurturing, CRM coordination and reporting through supported services. Website demonstrations use fictional prospects and simulated results, not live performance. Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or submit unlawful content.
Subscriptions and billing
Nautic Intelligence is $299/month plus $399 one-time activation ($698 at signup). Nautic Intelligence Growth is $749/month plus $349 one-time activation ($1,098 at signup). Nautic Intelligence Pro is $999/month plus $349 one-time activation ($1,348 at signup). Totals exclude applicable taxes and additional usage charges. Activation and onboarding fees are charged once on the initial invoice and never recur monthly. Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically. Usage allowances, inclusions and exclusions must be confirmed with the team.
A signed payment confirmation, not the checkout return page, establishes a paid signup. Contact admin@nauticrep.com for cancellations, upgrades and downgrades; there is no self-service billing portal. Cancellation retains access through the end of the paid month. Final refund, tax, failed-payment and dispute terms require owner review; no additional policy is implied here.
User responsibilities
Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for content you approve, the third-party accounts you connect, and applicable marketing and communication laws, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA and GDPR where relevant. Obtain appropriate documented consent before messaging contacts. External actions require approval checkpoints; demonstration results are not authorization to send, publish, call or book anything.
Service limitations and third parties
NauticRep does not guarantee specific leads, revenue, conversions or marketing outcomes, uninterrupted availability or unlimited usage. AI suggestions require human review and may contain errors. Supported integrations depend on provider availability and their own terms and charges. Website previews illustrate capabilities and do not establish final service allowances or A2P registration approval.
SMS communications
Participation in NauticRep SMS communications is voluntary and requires the separate opt-in offered on phone-collecting forms, where the opt-in links to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Age requirement: you must be at least 18 years old to use NauticRep's services or to opt in to SMS communications.
By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from NauticRep regarding inquiries, appointments, account notifications, and other communications covered by your consent. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS consent is separate from optional promotional email consent.
Opt-out and support: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact NauticRep through our website or at admin@nauticrep.com. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
SMS messages must not be sent without appropriate documented consent. GoHighLevel synchronization, sending numbers, workflow safeguards and STOP/HELP handling require review and verification before activation; these terms do not assert an active or approved SMS program.
Privacy and support
